The primary focus of these packages is to satisfy the most commonly breached pieces of legislation, which are:

communication, and review of H&S Policy document.
Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 Regulation 3 - the
provision, communication, and review of risk assessments.
Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 Regulation 7 - ensuring that competent H&S assistance and advice is available to employers.

Creating a new bespoke H&S Policy document, containing the statement of intent, organizational roles and responsibilities and arrangements for implementation
Creation of generic workplace risk assessments (1 site)

Review of the H&S Policy document, ensuring it is specific and appropriate for the type, size and the scope of the organization
Review and update of generic workplace risk assessments to include assessment for Covid-19 (1 site)
Review of fire risk assessment (1 site)

Full H&S management system audit conforming to HSG65 ("Successful H&S management")
Completion and analysis of annual H&S attitude surveys
Quarterly workplace visits, each to include all of the following:
Documented general workplace H&S inspection (1 site)
Review of incidents, accidents, near misses and their investigations, including the review of remedial actions and control measures flowing from investigations
H&S management meeting, to discuss the overall H&S performance and actions which could be taken to improve H&S behaviors and culture within the organization
30-minute employee H&S training on the topic which is most required by the organization or requested by employees
